Clean Now Alicante celebrates 300-client milestone with eyes on international expansion
The Alicante-based company says its success has come from doing the simple things well, delivering reliable service and building lasting relationships
Reaching your first 300 clients is a milestone any business would be proud of, but for Alicante-based Clean Now, it's about much more than numbers.
The company says the achievement reflects something even more important: the trust hundreds of customers have placed in its team.
Built around a simple philosophy of being hassle-free, organised and reliable, Clean Now has grown steadily by focusing on consistent service and building long-term relationships rather than chasing rapid expansion.
Today, the business works with a wide range of customers across Alicante, including homeowners, holiday rentals, Airbnb hosts, hotels, offices, schools, restaurants and residential communities.
As the business has grown, so has its range of services. Alongside domestic and commercial cleaning, the company has expanded into property maintenance through ManitasNow, offering plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning and general repairs. The aim is to give customers a single trusted point of contact for everything from regular cleaning to property maintenance. That approach appears to be paying off, with many of the company's 300 clients highlighting not only the quality of the work but also the reliability of the team.
One customer described the team as "incredibly professional", adding, "I feel safe handing over my keys."
Another praised the company's reliability, saying, "The apartment always looks brand new after every clean. They're always punctual, respectful and do a great job."
Holiday rental owners have also highlighted the difference Clean Now has made to their businesses. One client managing several tourist apartments said the company had become an essential partner because guests consistently compliment the cleanliness and the team is "absolutely reliable".
Although regular domestic cleaning remains at the heart of the business, Clean Now has steadily expanded its services in response to customer demand. Alongside deep cleans, end-of-tenancy and holiday rental cleaning, the company now also offers window cleaning, upholstery and mattress cleaning, laundry services and a growing range of property maintenance services including plumbing, electrical work and air conditioning. It has even begun supplying artisan coffee machine solutions for hotels and offices. The aim, the company says, is to become the trusted partner customers can call whenever they need help caring for their property, rather than having to deal with multiple different suppliers.
Despite its growth, Clean Now insists one thing won't change.
"We believe in going the extra mile to bring the best to our clients and our team."
Looking ahead, the company sees Alicante as the foundation for its next chapter. While continuing to strengthen its local presence, Clean Now hopes to gradually expand its model into cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Bosch, Munich and Dubai, taking the same values of care, reliability and trusted local service to new markets.
For the team behind the business, reaching 300 clients isn't the finish line. It's proof that a company built on trust, quality and genuine customer care can continue to grow without losing the personal approach that helped it succeed in the first place.
