ARCHIVED - Warm and dry weekend with highs of 32 degrees: Alicante weather outlook Oct 13-16
The risk of isolated showers along the coast of Alicante on Thursday October 13 will give way to a dry but cloudy weekend
Torrential rains earlier this week left scenes of chaos in their wake as traffic was brought to an abrupt standstill with people trapped in cars literally washed away in fast-moving torrents of water. Thankfully, the weekend ahead looks far more favourable, with the mercury expected to reach 32ºC in parts of the Vega Baja on Sunday October 16.
After getting off to a cloudy start, coastal areas may experience isolated and occasional rainfall on Thursday morning, October 12, with mist or fog in inland areas. Moving into the afternoon, conditions will be dry across the province with a rise in temperatures. A northeast wind will be light or moderate on the coast, easing in the late afternoon, and variable light in the rest of the province.
