Valencia's Tourism Department has completed a new ornithological route at Pego-Oliva Marsh Nature Reserve following an investment of €15,000.
The Regional Secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, said the route is exciting news for the area and will act as a "great attraction for tourism".
"This is a strategic move for tourism, as it meets a demand", he said, adding: "There are many followers from Britain and Europe who are dedicated to travelling and discovering new and extraordinary spaces for bird watching."
