May 19 to 24 European Funboard Championship in Los Alcázares
Top sailors from all over Europe compete in the Mar Menor
The sequence of top water sports events in Los Alcázares continues between 19th and 24th May, when the European Funboard Championship comes to the Mar Menor for a few days of action-packed competition on the waters of the Mar Menor.
Some of the finest specialists in Spain are among the competitors in a contest which is also part of the classification process for the Iberian Windsurf Cup, and they will be up against other sailors from various European countries.
This is just the latest event in a busy schedule for water sport fans in Los Alcázares, the next being the Class A sailing event between 28th May and 5th June. After that the Spanish WASZP takes place from 7th to 10th July, followed closely by the European championship from 11th to 18th July.
