Inbetweeners star Emily Atack celebrates her wedding in Mojácar
The British actress, best known as Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the hit British comedy, celebrated with nearly 200 guests in Almería

Mojácar's historic centre was transformed into something of a celebrity red carpet this weekend when British actress Emily Atack celebrated her wedding with nearly 200 guests.
Emily, who is best known to British TV audiences for playing Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the hugely popular comedy The Inbetweeners, has also appeared in shows including Rivals, Almost Never and The Keith and Paddy Picture Show. She is also a familiar face from British comedy and television, having starred in Celebrity Juice and taken part in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!.
The 36-year-old actress and comedian married scientist Alistair Garner in an intimate church ceremony in Bedfordshire on August 22, but the couple headed to the Almería coast for a much bigger celebration.
And they brought plenty of famous faces with them.
Among the guests were Emily's Rivals co-stars, including Doctor Who and Good Omens actor David Tennant, Alex Hassell, Bella Maclean, Victoria Smurfit and Rufus Jones. Rivals producer Felicity Tucci and her husband, Hollywood actor Stanley Tucci, were also there.
Other well-known names from British television included comedian Katherine Ryan and TV personalities Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling.
The celebrations began in Mojácar on Friday, when Emily and Alistair were spotted with family and friends making final preparations. Emily's parents, musician Keith Atack and actress Kate Robbins, were also in the town.
On Saturday afternoon, the bride arrived in the centre of Mojácar in a red Cadillac, with the couple's two-year-old son Barney James nearby.According to reports in the British press, Emily jokingly told local residents, "This is all a bit much, isn't it?" as the town centre experienced restricted access during the celebrations.
The wedding party continued in Mojácar's Plaza del Ayuntamiento before guests gathered again on Sunday for a post-wedding party at Tito's Beach Bar.
Choosing Mojácar was no coincidence. Emily has been visiting the town since childhood after her father bought a summer home there. Although the family sold the property in 2018, she has continued returning to Mojácar almost every year.
After getting married in the UK, it seems only fitting that the actress chose one of her favourite places in Spain to celebrate again with family and friends.
