Conscious Yoga Fusion is a unique blend of Hatha, Yin and QiYoga practices. Unlike traditional yoga, which often focuses on a single style, this fusion integrates multiple techniques:
- Hatha yoga: Focuses on strength and alignment
- Yin yoga: Encourages deep stretching and relaxation
- QiYoga: Enhances energy flow using targeted techniques
By combining these practices, Conscious Yoga Fusion provides a balanced experience that improves flexibility, strength and energy flow, promoting physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Session details
Group sessions: €15 per person for a one-hour class
Private sessions: €60 for a one-hour class in the comfort of your home
