The accident happened on the N-332 in the Marina Baixa comarca, Alicante province.
A 60-year-old man died when he was involved in a collision with a car at kilometre 148 on the N-332 in Benidorm.
The cyclist was fatally wounded as he was cycling long a stretch section of the road as it passes through the coastal town at around 12.50pm on Sunday, May 30, according to the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
