Amazon Prime Day 2026 finally has dates in Spain and bargain hunters won't have long to wait
Four days of exclusive discounts are coming later this month, with deals on everything from electronics to home essentials
If you’ve been holding off on buying that new air fryer, laptop or summer gadget, Amazon has now confirmed exactly when Prime Day 2026 will arrive in Spain. This year’s shopping event will run from June 23 until June 26, giving Prime members four full days to browse thousands of discounts across some of the site’s most popular categories.
From kitchenware and home essentials to beauty products, fashion and electronics, Amazon says there will be “hundreds of thousands” of exclusive offers available throughout the event.
The deals officially go live at midnight peninsular time on June 23 and continue until 11.59pm on June 26.
And for many shoppers in Spain, Prime Day has become one of those dates that gets quietly marked in the calendar weeks in advance.
Amazon had already teased earlier this year that Prime Day would be arriving earlier than usual in Spain, sparking interest among customers hoping to grab summer bargains before the holiday season gets underway.
The company says shoppers will also see personalised suggestions during the event, including recommendations linked to items already sitting in their baskets or saved on wishlists.
According to a HarrisX study commissioned by Amazon, Spanish consumers are becoming increasingly strategic when it comes to spending. Around 39% compare prices before buying, while 29% deliberately wait for sales before making certain purchases.
Amazon clearly knows many customers enjoy the thrill of tracking down a good deal, so it’s once again promoting several tools designed to make bargain hunting easier.
Among the features available are:
• Offer notifications that alert shoppers when products drop in price
• Wishlist alerts for saved items included in Prime Day
• Amazon Lens, which lets users search using photos or barcodes
• Rufus, Amazon’s personalised recommendation feature
• Alexa+, described as an AI-powered shopping assistant
This year’s event also coincides with Amazon’s 15th anniversary in Spain, something the company says makes this edition even more special.
Ruth Díaz, Managing Director of Amazon Spain and Portugal, said the team looks forward to Prime Day every year with “special enthusiasm.”
“We know our customers look forward to it, and we work all year to make each edition better than the last,” she said.
She added that Amazon wants to celebrate the anniversary “in a special way” and thank customers in Spain for their trust over the years.
For regular Amazon shoppers, the countdown is now officially on. And with four days of deals planned just as summer gets started, many people will already be filling up their wishlists ahead of June 23.
