Dolphins are not an uncommon sight off Alicante coast with thousands of hopeful tourists and residents hopping aboard leisure boats each year to catch a glimpse of the incredibly gracious and curious creatures.

On-water sightings are always a wonderful spectacle, and the opportunity to watch them interact underwater is one never to be passed up.

Thankfully, the Proyecto Mastral platform has shared one such magical sighting on its social media networks, uploading footage captured off the coast of Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa by Eric Gendarme, whose feet can be seen dangling over the back of the boat as several dolphins glide through the water below before surfacing. Enjoy!
