ARCHIVED - Walk-in Covid vaccinations in Torrevieja
Nearly 90 per cent of over 12s in the Valencia region, including Alicante province, are now fully immunised
With almost four million people aged over 12 now fully vaccinated in the Valencia region, a last concerted effort is being made to reach those who had to postpone their initial jabs, or were hesitant about being vaccinated.
A total of 133 centres on the Costa Blanca have been offering no-appointment vaccinations this month, and walk-in jab days are being held in Torrevieja in the Vega Baja, Alicante province, today (Monday September 27), and tomorrow at the Centro Muncipal de Ocio (CMO) between the following times:
- Monday September 27, 8.30am to 7.15pm, using the Moderna vaccine.
- Tuesday September 28, 8.30am to 8pm, with larger supplies of Pfizer.
