Temperatures fall below 20 degrees: Alicante weather forecast Nov 20-23
The winter will start to set in across Alicante province this week as temperatures take a drastic drop
It was a game of two halves over the weekend in Alicante. On Sunday, a rolling fog set in along the coast in the afternoon, blanketing the south of the province in a white haze. In other parts, the temperatures continued to climb, reaching the mid-20s in many areas.
The morning haze will continue all week and Alicante will follow the trend of the rest of Spain with temperatures taking a nosedive from Wednesday.
Monday November 20
Heavy mists and fog banks will create a dreary start to Monday, particularly along the coast, but from mid-morning the skies will clear somewhat. The temperatures will remain largely unchanged for now but a southwesterly breeze will create a wind chill.
Minimum and maximum temperatures on Monday
Alcoy: 11ºC to 24ºC
Alicante: 12ºC to 21ºC
Denia: 12ºC to 21ºC
Elche: 9ºC to 24ºC
Orihuela: 10ºC to 26ºC
Tuesday November 21
After an overcast early morning in coastal areas the day will be mostly clear or slightly cloudy. Daytime temperatures will begin to fall but few changes are expected on Tuesday night.

Alicante: 11ºC to 21ºC
Denia: 11ºC to 22ºC
Elche: 11ºC to 23ºC
Orihuela: 10ºC to 22ºC
Wednesday November 22
Wednesday night will be considerably colder than previous days while the daytime temperatures will remain more or less the same. It will be another slightly cloudy day and a north wind will be very blustery in the north of the province.

Alicante: 11ºC to 22ºC
Denia: 11ºC to 21ºC
Elche: 9ºC to 22ºC
