Still wet but warming up: Alicante weather forecast March 17-20
After a chilly start to the week, temperatures in Alicante province will shoot up

Average temperatures expected on Wednesday March 19
The never-ending rain isn’t about to take a breather this week. Storm Laurence is expected to hit Spain late on Monday and as soon as this abates, another low pressure system will swoop in. What this means for Alicante province is almost widespread rain, but there is some good news: after a very chilly start, the coming week should be much warmer.
Monday March 17

The beginning of the week will be very cloudy with a chance of scattered but light showers throughout the province. Monday night will be a little warmer than the weekend but the day will be very cold.
Strong winds in the south of the province should ease off in the afternoon.
Tuesday March 18

Tuesday will be another overcast day with widespread, heavy rain all day. Despite the wet forecast, daytime temperatures will start to climb, although the easterly winds will still feel blustery along the coast.
Wednesday March 19

Cloudy skies are forecast on Wednesday although the sun will break through throughout the day, and any rain forecast should be confined to inland towns. Temperatures will shoot up in most places, and that persistent breeze will be much lighter.
Thursday March 20

Thursday is expected to be cloudy once again but there’s no rain forecast during the day. Daytime temperatures will remain pleasantly warm but it will be quite blustery along the coast.
