Alfaz del Pi Town Hall is once again offering free beginner and intermediate Spanish courses to expats

Alfaz del Pi's Pangea Office and the Department of Residents of Other Nationalities is again offering expats the chance to learn or brush up on their Spanish with the launch of free autumn courses for beginners and those with a little knowledge of the language.
Registrations can now be made for the A1 and A2 Spanish courses which will be held from October to December at Platja Albir Social Centre and are completely subsidised by Alicante Provincial Council. The only thing students need to pay for is a text book.
The A1 course will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9.30am to 11am, and the A2 course on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time. Both courses will be led by philologist Ana Isabel Zaragoza Llorens.

Anybody interested in taking part must be registered in Alfaz del Pi and enroll before September 23 at the social centre in Avenida Corts Valencianos, or by calling +34 965 887 328, ext. 3368 between 9am and 3pm.
The Pangea office in Alfaz del Pi is part of the Generalitat Valenciana network, and in addition to offering courses and activities aimed at the "training and integration of residents", provides information, advice and guidance for migrants, "with an emphasis on interculturality", explained Councillor Martine Mertens.
