A national service covering the whole of mainland Spain and the Islands. The phoneline is manned 24 hours a a day 365 days a year. The message is clear and comforting, "Talk to us, we listen".

The Samaritans in Spain offers a completely confidential, non-judgmental, telephone based emotional support service for English speakers of any age, who may be experiencing distress or despair, and may be feeling suicidal. Whatever problems you might be experiencing, whether big or small, you do not have to bottle them up, just call us.
Feel free to call in to the drop in centre at the Punta Marina Commercial Centre in Torrevieja.
