Promoting responsible pet ownership in the Murcia Region
Cruz Azul was founded in July 2013, to provide veterinary care for the sick and injured pets of people in need and to promote responsible pet ownership.
They help to reduce the street cat population with a Trap, Neuter and Return campaign, and they encourage microchipping, vaccination and sterilisation for pets.
Cruz Azul have a shop in San Javier, open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1.30pm. Fully stocked with items of furniture, bric a brac, household items, dvds and cds, books, clothes and accessories, but they are always looking for more items to stock the shop. Cruz Azul rely heavily on donations from the public and from sales in the shop.
