More rain and cooler temperatures forecast for this week: Murcia weather July 28-31
It will barely get up to 32ºC/90ºF all this week, and nights will be noticeably cooler as well
After the shockingly strong summer storm that left mounds of hailstones in parts of northern Murcia last week, temperatures are now much cooler in the Region, and these more manageable levels of heat are set to stick around this week – the last of July – as more rain has been forecast by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).
This Monday July 28 is forecast to be dry as a bone, with some cloudy patches coming and going throughout the day but for the most part sunny. Windspeeds will get up to 20-30kmh in the afternoon.

Tuesday 29 is the day that is going to be rainy in Murcia this week, with Aemet forecasting a morning of widespread showers across the entire Region, that will clear up towards the afternoon. These showers are not expected to be anywhere near as powerful as the ones that hit the Region last Thursday night, and by the evening it will have cleared up entirely.

By Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31, it is back to the usual sunny, dry and ever-so-slightly cloudy conditions, with gentle breezes.

Temperatures for the whole entire week will be around 28-32ºC at the hottest part of the day every in the Region, while minimum temperatures at night will drop to around 16-19ºC inland and 20-23ºC in coastal areas.
These much cooler temperatures will see little change over the course of the week, but as we head into August there could be a general rise in maximum temperatures once again.
