Mil Palmeras church, Pilar de la Horadada The small church is in the Mil Palmeras residential area in Calle Alcarria, next to a park which looks out over the dry river bed of the Rio Seco.
As of 1st September Mass is held at 19.00 on Saturdays and the day before religious holidays, while in the summer the far wider timetable is published on the door of the church.
There are also small churches in the beach areas of El Mojón and Las Villas, where services are held in the months of July and August.
