March 29 Free guided safari tour of Los Alcazares urban art at night
Discover some of the hidden details in the murals which adorn the centre of Los Alcázares!
Few visitors to Los Alcázares will have failed to notice that the town is packed with examples of urban art mural paintings, and in fact this is one of the aspects of the built-up area which the Town Hall actively promotes, encouraging the creation of new works which adorn the area rather than merely disfiguring it as simpler graffiti does.
In consequence, the tourist office is holding one of tis regular evening “safari” tours on Saturday 29th March, starting at 19.00 in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and lasting into the hours of darkness. Participants are advised to bring along a torch (or make sure that the one on their mobile phone is working!) to see some of the details which are often missed and which will be pointed out by the tour guide along the way.
Registration is free of charge and is available online here.
