March 1 Come and taste the traditional winter dish of migas at the El Zacatin arts and crafts market in Bullas
The March artisan market in Bullas highlights the culinary speciality of migas - perfect for a late winter day!
Bullas is hosting its monthly El Zacatín artisan market on Sunday 1st March between 9.00 and 14.00 in the squares around the Plaza Vieja and Plaza del Castillo, along Calle San Antón, this time featuring a special gastronomic edition of the event as the arts and crafts stands are joined by food stalls serving migas, a staple of the winter diet in south-eastern Spain.
In addition there will be fun and games for children, face painting and other events during the morning, including traditional live music and opportunities to sample the local DOP Bullas wines.
This is the oldest regular artisan market in the Region of Murcia and always offers a wide range of traditional artisan crafts and gastronomic goodies. There is plenty of parking in the streets nearby and the market is easy to find, the main route off the motorway running straight to the central plaza.

Murcia’s second biggest centro comercial has more than just shopping – it’s everything you could want from a day out!

Unlike other shopping centres, Parque Almenara is a shopping mall where the stores are located in a network of streets, like a whole shopping village that covers almost 150,000m2, making it the second largest shopping centre in the Region of Murcia.
As well as the opportunity for a day’s retail therapy, Parque Almenara also offers the makings of good night out. There is a 10-pin bowling alley with 20 lanes and an entertainment complex, plus a multiscreen cinema with ten screens showing the latest offerings from Hollywood and the best 3D movies, and even original version English-language films. How to get there
