TICKETS FOR THE 28th SAN JAVIER INTERNATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL ARE NOW ON SALE ONLINE HERE (both season tickets and individual concerts)
Singer, songwriter and pianist Nicole Zuraitis “possesses supreme talent” (according to Broadway World) and her sixth album, “How Love Begins,” co-produced with the great bassist Christian McBride, received the 2024 Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal Album. She thus became the only artist to win this award with an album entirely composed and arranged by herself.
She was also nominated for Grammys in 2019 and 2025 and this exciting female jazz vocalist and superb pianist is currently based in New York City. Hers is a show not to be missed!
Line-up
Nicole Zuraitis: piano and vocals

Following Nicole Zuraitis onto the stage in Parque Almansa are The Brand New Heavies, championing the style of “acid jazz” which emerged in London in the late 1980s and achieved great worldwide success in the 1990s, fusing elements of funk and soul with jazz and even Latin and disco music. Along with Incognito, and Jamiroquai, the Brand New Heavies gave it the greatest international exposure.
The group was formed in 1985 by Simon Bartholomew, Andrew Levy, and Jan Kincaid, adding N’Dea Davenport five years later and beginning a string of hits during which they sold over two and a half million records. Jazz San Javier is now proud to present this legendary band for the first time in the Region of Murcia!
