July 10 to 19 Tapas route in Islas Menores, Mar de Cristal and Playa Honda

6 bars and restaurants taking part in this gastro event on the Cartagena coastline of the Mar Menor

The first ever official tapas route in the Mar Menor resorts of Islas Menores, Mar de Cristal and Playa Honda is being held from 10^th to 19^th July, with tasty bar snacks available for 4 euros (drink included) at a series of bars and restaurants along this stretch of the Mar Menor coastline in the municipality of Cartagena.

As ever, those voting for their favourite tapa are eligible for entry into a prize draw, in which the prizes on this occasion include a dinner for two at one of the venues. Voting and registration is through a QR code displayed in each of the establishments taking part, which are La Cangreja, Tofi, Chiringuito de Islas Menores, Puerto de Mar de Cristal, La Oliva and El Rincón Cubano.

Authentic Nepali and Indian flavours arrive in Los Belones with something on the menu for everyone

Annapurna Nepali & Indian Restaurant opens its doors in Los Belones on Friday January 30, bringing a wide-ranging menu inspired by the rich flavours of Nepal and India.

 

Alongside all the classic favourites, diners will find an impressive choice of vegetarian and vegan curries, chef’s specials and even fish and chips, making it an easy choice for mixed groups.

 

The restaurant also features a spacious, heated outdoor terrace and offers both eat-in and takeaway options.

 

Annapurna is open daily from 12pm to 3pm for lunch and from 6pm to 11pm for dinner.
