The Christmas market and fair and loads of entertainment for children as San Pedro enjoys the festive season
The programme of events over the holiday season in San Pedro del Pinatar this year features a host of entertainment for children, while adults might be more interested in the Christmas fair and market, the events at the Teatro Geli Albaladejo and the grand Three Kings parade the evening before Their Royal majesties deliver gifts throughout the municipality.
The full programme includes the following:
Friday December 5
10.30: Opening of the Christmas Fair, the “Feria de Navidad Pinatarense”, which remains operative until 5th January. Timetable: 10.30 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 20.30.
18.30: The Christmas lights are switched on in the official ceremony in Plaza de la Constitución.
19.00: A Christmas show hosted by none other than the 97-year-old Mickey Mouse in Plaza de la Constitución.
20.00: The presentation of the municipal nativity scene in Plaza de la Constitución.
Sunday December 7
18.00: El Gran Taller, a children’s musical in Plaza de la Constitución.
Tuesday December 9
18.00: Salvemos la Navidad, a show for infants and toddlers in Plaza de la Constitución.
Thursday December 11
18.00: Coco, a show for infants and toddlers in Plaza de la Constitución.
Friday December 12
18.00: La Búsqueda del Tesoro, a show for infants and toddlers in Plaza de la Constitución.
Saturday December 13
17.00: SOMOS LA CURVA with the Aparatus Band and DJs on the seafront of La Puntica, a party for all ages!
18.00: Aladín, a musical in Plaza de la Constitución.
Sunday December 14
12.00: Traditional folk music and dancing with Peña El Caldero in Plaza de la Constitución.

17.30 to 20.30: Father Christmas receives visits from children in his house in Plaza de la Constitución.

The Christmas train with Santa on board travels around the municipality:

11.30 to 12.30: Villananitos (next to the windmill).
13.00 to 14.00: Lo Pagán (on the seafront).

18.00: Un Viaje en el Tiempo, traditional folk dancing and music in Plaza de la Constitución.
Sunday December 21
12.00: Christmas concert by the Unión Musical San Pedro at the Teatro Geli Albaladejo.

Tuesday December 23
19.00: The Fantasía de Navidad parade with Father Christmas and local dance and music groups. Route: Parque Lázaro Escudero to the Casino Cultural.

16.00: Tardebuena Beach Bastilla at the Bastilla venue.
Friday December 26
19.00: Zambomba Flamenca, flamenco Christmas music with Curro Piñana at the Teatro Geli Albaladejo.
Saturday December 27
18.00: Las Locas Aventuras de Stitch, entertainment for young children in Plaza de la Constitución.
Sunday December 28
18.00: La Pandilla de Drilo, entertainment for young children in Plaza de la Constitución.
