On Saturday December 16, the VII ‘El Décimo’ Christmas Golf Tournament will be held on Roda Golf Course, with the usual tenth of a Spanish Christmas lottery ticket being handed out to all pairs of participants.In Spain, the ‘El Gordo’ Fat One lottery at Christmas is a big deal, and it is so popular that each ticket number is split into ten. The jackpot is 400,000 euros per winning ticket.
Roda Golf Resort’s Christmas tournament starts at 8.30am with a Stableford couple best ball shot.
Prizes for the competition will include Christmas hampers, sports equipment from leading golf brands and raffle prizes for winning pairs!
Registration must be made online before December 13 and the fee paid in advance at www.golfdirecto.com.
The entrance fee is 45 euros for Roda members and juniors, or 60 euros for visitors.
