Caser Residencial Santo Angel residents in Murcia enjoy a refreshing day at the pool
Nursing home residents at Caser Residencial take frequent trips out to stimulate their body and mind

The residents enjoyed the cool waters, splashing around and taking leisurely swims, which not only refreshed their bodies but also lifted their spirits. Swimming is an excellent low-impact exercise, ideal for elderly individuals, as it promotes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health without putting strain on the joints.

Outings to the pool, beach or other local attractions help residents stay connected with their surroundings and provide a welcome change of pace from their daily routines.
Caser Residencial is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all its residents, including those from abroad. The nursing home features an International Unit dedicated to foreign citizens, ensuring that residents from diverse backgrounds receive the care and support they need. This unit caters to the unique needs of international residents, offering tailored services to make them feel at home.
The day at the swimming pool is just one of many activities planned for the residents of Caser Residencial Santo Ángel this summer. These outings are part of the home’s broader effort to enhance the quality of life for its residents, ensuring they enjoy every season to the fullest. By keeping the elderly active, engaged and socially connected, Caser Residencial Santo Ángel is committed to promoting health, happiness, and a sense of community among its residents.
