Introduction to the Peraleja Golf Resort
La Peraleja Golf Resort is centrally located between the Mar Menor, with its combination of glorious inland beaches and Mediterranean coastal beaches and the City of Murcia.
The resort is located close to the Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort just outside the small town of Sucina in the heart of Murcia’s golf country, and boasts an impressive 18 hole Seve Ballesteros Golf Course.
The properties are beautifully designed and occupy individual plots clustered around the golf course itself, but although the quality and vision of the resort is unquestionable, the economic downturn and falling demand for new properties has resulted in only around 150 of the originally planned 1200 properties being completed.
The Golf Course, and stylish clubhouse, however, remain busy and the resort offers a central location with good 
infrastructural access to explore the Region of Murcia, strategically located for access to the capital City, coast and airport.
