A video of a horny couple in the throes of drunken passion up against a recycling bin in a busy Benidorm street as strangers jeered them on has gone viral, racking up more than 7,000 likes.

The 16-second clip shared on Twitter by KyleG1878 with the caption "Only in Benidorm", shows a man in shorts stragically placed behind a woman in floral dress pressed up against a green recycling bin.

The couple appear oblivious to the fact they are clearly visible to motorists and passersby who shout "quick, come" and "come, baby, come" after they spot police approaching to break up the public sex act.

Two officers can then be seen hitting the man on the back of the legs with truncheons to separate the brazen tourists but the video, taken a few metres from the amorous pair, cuts off before it's clear whether they were arrested or not.

As well as thousands of likes and shares, the X-rated clip has generated plenty of comments, with one posting: "They started beating him like 'get….yo….HORNY A** OFF FROM OVER HERE'", whilst another wrote: "Who said romance was dead?"
