Repsol extends its fuel discount scheme in Spain until the end of May
With petrol and diesel prices still painfully high, drivers in Spain using the Waylet app could save a packet at the pump

With fuel prices in Spain still under pressure from the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Repsol has extended its discount scheme for drivers until May 31, giving customers a simple way to cut the cost of every fill-up at any of its more than 3,300 service stations across the country.
The discounts are accessed through Waylet, Repsol's free payment app, which automatically doubles the standard customer discount when used to pay for fuel, adding the savings to your balance for use on future purchases.
For anyone who simply downloads the app and uses it to pay, that means 10 cents off per litre instead of the usual 5 cents, which adds up quickly if you're filling up regularly.

Repsol originally launched the campaign before Easter, anticipating both the start of the Middle East conflict and one of the busiest travel periods of the year, and has now decided to keep it running through the rest of the month given the continued pressure on household budgets.
In addition to the very welcome fuel discounts, the Waylet app lets users manage electric vehicle charging, book car wash and vacuuming services at Repsol Klin, pay for parking in 32 locations and over 46 private car parks, and shop at a range of physical and online stores.
Each purchase generates a balance that can be put towards future fuel, electricity, gas and solar energy bills.
