ARCHIVED - Nationwide photography competition enters its last week: contribute to a Portrait of Spain
Your chance to have photos published in book form alongside those of prestigious professionals!
The “Retrato de un País” (Portrait of a Country) project launched a few weeks ago by the national tourist board of Spain and PhotoESPAÑA offers a chance for everyone to submit photographs of special places where they live or are visiting, and allows members of the general public to exhibit alongside professional and prestigious photographers.
Not only are prizes on offer, but the final selection of images will be published in book form in a single collection.
Anyone wishing to compete can do so via Instagram using the hashtag #EspañaRetratodeunPaís, while also following the two accounts @spain and @photoespana.
Further details of the competition can be found here, along with some of the selected images from previous weeks and instructions (in English at the bottom of the page) on how to take part.
The final week of competition is now under way with the last entries accepted on Sunday October 16: so get snapping and enter this nationwide event as soon as possible!
