More of the same in store: Alicante weather forecast September 15-18
Mostly sunny skies and similar temperatures are predicted for this week
No surprises for the next few days, with very little fluctuation in the maximum or minimum temperatures, although it may get a bit hotter in the daytime from Wednesday, according to state meteorological agency Aemet.
As we reach the halfway point of September, the nights are still stubbornly refusing to drop below 20ºC in all but the farthest inland parts of Alicante province, the maximums remain in the low 30s and there is high humidity, even in the middle of the days.
It seems that June and September are increasingly becoming extensions of the summer, albeit with fewer spikes of extreme temperatures.
There may be some more cloud ahead as we move towards the weekend but no rain is expected until Sunday at the earliest.
Monday, September 15
Mostly clear skies this afternoon
There are just some intervals of low cloud this morning, particularly in the south of the province, which should clear around midday.
Temperatures are going to be similar to yesterday, and the light, variable breezes this morning will tend to become more easterly in the afternoon.

Another morning with intervals of low cloud followed by clear skies. Minimum temperatures may drop slightly in some areas and maximums are expected to rise a little.
There are only likely to be light, variable breezes, if there are any at all, in the early morning and late afternoon, with a mix of warm southerly and cooler easterly breezes during the middle of the day.
