The singer, 78, has shared photos of himself enjoying tourist attractions in Spain’s capital
Mick Jagger has shared photos on social media of his trip to Madrid ahead of the Rolling Stones concert at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium tonight.
“Enjoying lots of what Madrid has to offer, from fallen angels to Flamenco!” wrote Mick on his Twitter account, amassing nearly 26,000 likes in just 24 hours. He visited the statue of the fallen angel, or Lucifer the devil, in Madrid’s iconic Retiro park, took a photo in front of Pablo Picasso’s famous Guernica painting in the Reina Sofia Art Museum and even stopped for a beer in one of the city’s bars.

Mick later posted a video of some flamenco street singers doing a version of his song ‘Paint It Black’.
The Stones’ show tonight will be the only Spanish date on their Summer 2022 European Tour, which celebrates the sixtieth anniversary of the band in the music business.
