Men's weekly Walk 'n' Talk sessions launch in Camposol to help male mental health
A new weekly walking group in Camposol aims to support men’s mental health in a relaxed and welcoming setting
A new community initiative focused on supporting men’s mental health is starting in Camposol.Men’s Walk ‘n’ Talk offers a safe space for men of all ages to come together, get moving and have open conversations about their mental health in an informal environment. The aim is to encourage connection, reduce isolation and promote wellbeing through regular meet-ups and shared walks.
The group will meet every Tuesday at 6pm at the 5-a-Side Exercise Park on Camposol’s Sector D. There is no contact phone number – you can just turn up and join in.
Organisers say everyone is welcome, whether you feel like talking, listening or just walking alongside others.
