Chef Adrián Ros, of La Solana Bar & Restaurant at La Quinta Club in La Manga Club, treated the SPAR kitchen space to a captivating culinary masterclass earlier this month. Attendees at the event in SPAR in Cartagena watched in awe as guest chef Ros flawlessly executed the creation and assembly of a series of tantalising dishes that delighted all of the senses.
Guests were treated to a visual and taste explosion, beginning with the elegant Presa Ibérica cut of meat with a velvety Boletus mushroom cream sauce. Next, succulent chicken and shiitake Chả Giò rolls whetted appetites, perfectly balanced by the Asian fusion flavours. Finally, a decadent dessert finale featured a dreamy white chocolate mousse dressed with a subtle hint of ginger, aromatic Parmesan cheese and crunchy nuts.This is but a tiny sample of the delectable dishes prepared by Chef Ros at La Solana, which he showcased at the SPAR in Cartagena.
