The Murcia-based estate agency, which specialises in helping international buyers find properties across Murcia and the Costa Blanca, is recruiting for a role that offers the chance to become part of an established team working with clients looking to buy their home, holiday property or investment in south east Spain.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working between the company's Roldán and Los Alcázares offices, so flexibility and a full driving licence are essential.
It's a role that would suit someone who enjoys a busy working environment and can stay organised while dealing with a variety of tasks. Strong computer skills, good time management and plenty of initiative are among the qualities Simply Spanish Homes is looking for.
As the company works with international property buyers, fluent English and Spanish are essential. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage, although it's not essential for the role.
The position also offers a competitive basic salary along with a commission and bonus structure, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to increase their earnings as they become part of the Simply Spanish Homes team.
