A fascinating and thought provoking collection of photographs wil be on display in Torrevieja for one week only next month, offering the public "a more intimate and closer vision of Alzheimer's patients".

The exhibition 'Me llamo, me llaman' is the work of photographers Benjamín Serrano and Cristian Serrano, and will be held at the Sociedad Cultural Casino de Torrevieja in Paseo Vistalegre from January 27 to February 3.

The aim is to give visibility to the Alzheimer's association AFA Torrevieja and raise awareness about the disease and other neurodegenerative dementias.

The exhibition will be inaugurated at 7.30pm on January 27, and open to the public from 12 noon each day thereafter.
