La Casika

A traditional Yecla house but the interior has been fully updated to the 21st century, becoming an attractive modern loft while balancing the old with the new. Two bedrooms give ample space for four people just 50 metres from the Parque de La Constitución and the Teatro Concha Segura.

Facilities include garage parking, wifi, a small terrace, fully-equipped kitchen and Smart TV. Bookings are necessary.

Casa Vidal

A two-floor house in the village of Raspay at the foot of the Sierra del Carche. Built in 1930, the house was completely reformed and refurbished in 2019 and is equipped with all mod cons, an ideal spot to get away from it all!

The property sleeps 9 people (including one on a sofa-bed) and there is ample parking outside. The four bedrooms are complemented by 3 bathrooms. Bookings should be made at least 2 days in advance.

A welcoming country cottage for visitors who prefer a rural environment close to the town centre, Villa María boasts a swimming pool in summer, two barbecues, a large kitchen and a pergola as well as the four bedrooms which can easily sleep six people.
