ARCHIVED - Covid vaccinations without appointment in Torrevieja this week
Two walk-in jab days will be held at a mass centre in the Vega Baja municipality, Alicante province
As thousands of people take advantage of walk-in vaccination clinics in the Valencia region, including Alicante province, further jabs without appointment are being offered in Torrevieja this week.
The Valencia government announced last week it would be providing vaccines without appointment in 133 of the region's mass vaccination centres.
And two opportunities to receive jabs are available at the Centro Muncipal de Ocio (CMO) in Calle Jacinto Marin Noarbe on Tuesday September 14, from 8.30am to 5pm, and Thursday September 16, from 3pm to 8.30pm.
According to the last update from the Ministry of Health on Friday September 10, 3,799,247 people are fully immunised and 4,015,320 people have received one dose of the vaccine.
