Costa del Storm: Andalusia weekly weather forecast October 28-November 3
It’ll be a washout of a week in Andalucía as we move into November
Andalucía weather forecast, Monday October 28
Get ready for a wet one as there will be widespread rain and thunderstorms for the south of Spain this week and the colder temperatures will take hold in earnest.
For Monday October 28, the inland areas should remain mostly dry, and while it is cloudy in most places the provinces of Huelva and Seville should actually get some sun. On the coast, however, Cádiz will have storms all day long, while Málaga, Granada and Almería receive rains and thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon. For this day, the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), has issued wind, rain and storms warnings across this whole coastal and eastern area.
Andalucía weather forecast, Monday October 28
On Tuesday 29, Cádiz is no longer under the weather alert but the coastline from Málaga eastwards will be, as well as most of the province of Almería. This area will have plentiful storms and rain, as will the northern and western parts of Andalucía.
Andalucía weather forecast, Tuesday October 29
For now, Aemet has not issued any weather warnings for Wednesday 30 as the rain is expected to ease up a bit in terms of how heavy it is, though it will still be widespread across pretty much all of Andalucía, with the exception of the far east around coastal Almería.
Andalucía weather forecast, Wednesday October 30
More of the same on Thursday 31, Halloween, with showers all day for pretty much everyone except coastal Almería, and there may also be more strong winds of up to 30kmh on the coast of Cádiz once again.
Andalucía weather forecast, Thursday October 31
Don’t worry, though, as on the afternoon of Friday November 1, even Almería will get its chance to have some rain, though it will start to dry up towards the evening, leaving only occasional showers around Málaga.
Andalucía weather forecast, Friday November 1
For the weekend, inland Andalucía, including Córdoba, Seville, Huelva and Jaén, will have a much drier time, and there will be only weaker occasional showers on the coast.
Andalucía weather forecast, Saturday October 26
Overall, it will be much colder in Andalucía than it was last week, with maximums during the -day just over 20ºC in most places and the average at night being 12-ºC on the coast and 8-10ºC further inland.
