This is located  in the old Cuartel de Artillería in Murcia, Pabellón number 3.

This is in Calle Cartagena, Murcia.

There is plenty of public parking in the underground carpark beneath the Cuartel de Artillería, or alternatively, there is a large area of open public parking  which is on the corner of the road opposite the Gardens of Malecón, within easy walking distance. 

Basically to access the free parking, drive down off the ringroad following signs for Centro Ciudad, as though heading into the centre of Murcia.

The Gardens of Malecón are on the right hand side. Approaching the first set of lights, there is a bridge, get in the right hand lane and turn immediately right. About 200 metres along is the carparking area. It is open and those parking are usually asked to give money to those helping them to park. There is no security vigilance here, so park at your own risk.

There is a walkway across the river into the Artillery Cuartel.

To park in the paid carparking, turn right at the lights, but go across the bridge and go straight, then follow signs off to the right and old military barracks. These are the large pink buildings which can be seen on the riverbank from the motorway.
