A Centro  Cívico is a community centre in the outlying districts of a municipality, offering a range of facilities and a headquarters for local associations and organisations such as the neighbours' association: They often have study rooms as well as facilities for social events and cultural events.

The Centro Cívico in Roldán is located in the Avenida de Balsicas.

Others in the municipality are the El Centro Cívico de Balsicas (Calle Victorio) and the Centro Cívico de Dolores de Pacheco (Calle Felipe V).
