August 2 Jason Derulo live at Torrevieja festival
The Brilla Torrevieja festival will take place from July 27 to August 11
American superstar Jason Derulo has just announced that he will be one of the headliners at the Brilla Torrevieja festival in Alicante, treating audiences to his newest album, ‘Nu King’, plus plenty of fan favourites on August 2.
The four-time Grammy nominee is slated to deliver an electrifying performance, completing the star-studded line-up that includes renowned acts like Hombres G (July 27), Camela (July 28), Ana Mena (August 10) and El Barrio (August 11).
Derulo's chart-topping discography boasts smash hits like 'Whatcha Say,' 'In My Head,' 'Mamacita,' 'Want To Want Me' and 'Talk Dirty.' His latest release, Nu King, comprises 27 tracks, half of which feature notable collaborations with top-charting artists Nicki Minaj, Adam Levine, French Montana and others. Standouts include crowd pleasers 'Swalla' and 'Lifestyle.'
Before ascending to fame, Derulo started his career composing songs for other famous names, eventually securing a record deal to produce his own chart-toppers. His inaugural single, 'Whatcha Say,' stormed charts worldwide in 2009, cementing his status as a force to be reckoned with in pop music.
Expect a stellar mix of dining, comedy and family-friendly entertainment, with comics Martita de Graná (July 30) and Comandante Lara (August 6) providing laughs and Cantajuegos (August 1) and Luli Pampín (August 8) entertaining younger crowds. Running from July 27 to August 11, Brilla Torrevieja promises to be a festival to remember.
