April 26 The Valencia Baroque Orchestra and the Discantus Choir perform Mozart in Aguilas
Mozart takes centre stage at the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas
This 9th concert in the 2023-24 ProMúsica classical music season at the seafront auditorium in Águilas features the Orquesta Barroca Valenciana performing some of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s best-known works, namely the 20th piano concerto (with soloist Carlos Santo) and the Requiem, in which the orchestra are joined by the Coral Discantus.
The soloists for the evening are Carmen Muñoz (soprano), Blanca Valido (mezzosoprano), José Manuel Delicado (tenor), David Cervera (bass) and Carlos Santo (piano), while the conductor is Manuel Ramos Aznar.
The concert on April 26 begins at 20.30 with tickets priced at 20 euros and available shortly online here.
