Cloudier, cooler and at times wet, this weekend in Andalucía will bring a more typical touch of midwinter as changeable conditions take hold. Chilly morning mist will give way to occasional showers, while a brisk westerly breeze along the coast adds to the wintry feel. Although no heavy rain is expected, the atmosphere will stay fresh and unsettled, rounding off the week on a cooler note before brighter and calmer weather gradually returns next week.

 

 

Thursday starts gloomy in many areas with low cloud, morning fog and a generally grey feel. Conditions turn wetter through the afternoon, particularly along the Atlantic coast around Huelva and Cádiz, where light to moderate rain develops. Temperatures ease down across most of the region, though remain steady on the Mediterranean side. Winds are light and variable at first, veering southerly later, while the coast sees moderate to strong westerlies by afternoon, especially near the Strait of Tarifa.

 

 

Friday looks wetter across Andalucía, with widespread cloud and light to moderate rain moving through much of the day. Minimum temperatures rise a little overnight and daytime highs stay fairly stable. Westerly winds are light to moderate inland, strengthening along the Mediterranean coast, where gusts could turn quite lively near Málaga and the eastern shoreline.

 

 

Cloudy skies persist inland, while coastal areas may see brighter spells. There’s still the chance of spotty light rain, mainly in the east, while the west should stay drier. Temperatures fall again, feeling especially cold inland around Córdoba and Granada, where lows of 1–2°C are likely early in the morning. The snow line sits around 1,200–1,300 metres, and winds stay light and variable, becoming moderate and westerly near the Mediterranean.

 

 

Sunday begins chilly, particularly inland, and stays partly cloudy overall. Cloud thickens in the eastern half later, with some patchy light rain possible across Jaén and Almería, while the west brightens a little. Maximum temperatures rise slightly along the Atlantic coast but dip slightly by the Mediterranean, where coastal highs sit near 15°C. Northerly winds remain light, bringing a crisp but calmer finish to the weekend.

 

 

Andalucía rounds off the week under cooler, cloudier skies, with rain fading to leave fresher air and clearer spells for those venturing out by Sunday.
