Coming off this week's continued run of bad weather, Andalucía faces more wind and rain through Friday before brighter skies take hold over the weekend. Expect strong westerly gusts in the east and occasional downpours, gradually giving way to clearer conditions and recovering temperatures.

 

 

Very cloudy skies bring light, sometimes moderate rain around Huelva and Cádiz, persistent near Grazalema but unlikely along the Málaga coast as cloud lifts through the morning. Minimum temperatures fall sharply in eastern inland spots, while daytime highs edge up on the Atlantic side. Westerly winds pick up with very strong gusts on eastern coasts and hills; orange alerts for Granada and Almería, yellow for Jaén.

 

 

Rain spreads eastwards, moderate to heavy over uplands near Córdoba and Granada, easing on the Atlantic side by afternoon. Snow may dust peaks above 1200m later. Temperatures drop further. Moderate westerly winds bring very strong gusts widely, peaking in the east with orange alerts for Granada and Almería, plus yellow rain and coastal warnings for Cádiz and Huelva.

 

 

Clear skies dominate with just low cloud patches over hills near Seville and Córdoba, possible light drizzle. Snow level around 1000m early. Temperatures fall for a crisp start. Moderate northwest winds ease conditions.

 

 

Partly cloudy with high cloud streaks and slight shower risk over higher ground near Almería and Granada. Daytime temperatures climb, notably east around Tarifa and Málaga. Light north-westerly winds prevail.

 

 

Overall, Andalucía can look forward to a gradual improvement after a blustery, unsettled spell, with the weekend offering brighter, drier and slightly more comfortable conditions for many.
