Alicante weekend weather forecast November 21-24: Sunny skies but strong winds
Blue skies and mild temperatures are expected this weekend for much of Alicante
The weekend looks to be a clear one in the province of Alicante. With little cloud cover over the next four days, the weather is set to be excellent, with warm temperatures and beautiful blue skies from Thursday to Sunday.
However, there is a weather warning for the north of the province, as strong winds are expected on Thursday and Friday. The whole of the coast north of Alicante up past Valencia will experience the stong winds that have been forewarned.
Thursday November 21
The weather is looking good for Thursday 21 in the province of Alicante. With blue skies to enjoy for much of the area, the weather is looking good for late season beach goers. The interior of the Alicante province is looking as clear as the coast, and is expected to get less wind than those by the sea. The wind is to be felt but not overpowering by the coast and will be coming from an westerly direction.
However, in the north of the province there is the possiblity of stronger winds with gusts that could reach speeds up to 70kmph. Temperatures will remain the same as previous days both in the day and the evening.
Friday November 22
The forecast is predicted to be clear again for Friday 22 in the province of Alicante. The blue skies will not be affected by clouds in most parts of Alicante. Towards the north of the area in cities such as Benidorm there may be a number of clouds in the afternoon, but for the most part the skies will remain clear. The maximum temperature will fall slightly from the previous days, but the minimum temperature will remain the same as the days before.
The wind will drop significantly on Friday compared to Thursday, but the presence of strong winds in the north will remain a possiblity. The wind that will be felt will be coming from an westerly direction.
Saturday November 23
The weather is looking to be sunny in the morning on Saturday 23 in the province of Alicante. The afternoon however may bring with it possible cloud cover in the province. Maximum temperatures will be down slightly from the previous days and the minimum temperatures will also drop in the evening compared with Friday. Very light wind will be present however throughout the day and the small amount which will be felt will come from a south easterly direction.
Sunday November 24
Much of Sunday 24 will be clear in the province of Alicante with blue skies and warm weather. From Benidorm to Orihuela, there will be little in the way of cloud cover as the sun will shine all day. The maximum temperature will rise slightly from the previous day, but the minimum will remain the same. Wind will be light and coming from an easterly direction throughout the day, making Sunday a perfect end to a sunny week in Alicante.
