ARCHIVED - Until October 28 Exhibition of Mar Menor paintings by Ana Ortega in Cartagena
Del Verde al Azul can be visited at the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy
An exhibition of paintings by local artist Ana Ortega showing the natural landscapes around the Mar Menor is being held at the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy in Cartagena under the tile “Del Verde Al Azul”.
The paintings express the love of the sea which is inherent in the identity of Cartagena and the exhibition was presented last week by the Town Hall councillor for Culture, David Martínez Noguera. The artist herself, meanwhile, explained that while living in England she deeply missed the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, and that this collection of her works reflects those emotions.
