ARCHIVED - Aid for SMEs and self-employed tourist workers in Orihuela
Grants are available to businesses and autónomo workers hardest-hit by the Covid pandemic in the Vega Baja, Alicante province
Orihuela Council is offering local government grants to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), microbusiness and self-employed workers in the tourism sector to help mitigate the financial impact of the Covid pandemic.
The town hall has allocated a budget of 2.08 million euros to help bars, restaurants, travel agents and others make up for losses directly caused by the health crisis as part of its 'Resist Plan'.
Those eligible to apply must be able to prove average monthly turnover losses of at least a quarter in 2020/2021 compared to 2019, and have until October 26 2021 to submit an application at: orihuela.es/fomento-y-desarrollo/industria/plan-resistir/
