ARCHIVED - 14th May Covid vaccinations continue at Águilas sports hall
Águilas residents in their sixties to receive their jabs at the Pabellón Diego Calvo Valera
The mass coronavirus immunization campaign continues in Águilas on Friday 14th May at the Pabellón Diego Calvo Valera, with vaccinations for residents of the municipality born between 1st January 1952 and 31st December 1961 – in other words, between the ages of 60 and 69.
Vaccination begins at 9.00 and the local police will again be present to avoid excessive congestion on the roads as local flock to the sports pavilion. It is anticipated that approximately 2,600 people will receive their jabs during the day, and again those who are physically unable to leave their cars will be given the vaccine in their vehicles.
All those planning to receive their vaccine doses – including any who have not been notified by SMS text message or phone call - should take with them their regional health service card and ID documentation.
